Kevin Balter, M.D.

Kelly Armstrong, APRN

- Kelly has been working in Pain Management in Omaha for the last 6 years and is excited to join the Midwest Pain Clinics Staff.

Maralyn Walko, APRN


- Born and raised in New Jersey, Maralyn moved to the Omaha area 11 years ago with her husband.
- Graduated from UNMC - College of Nursing with MSN in 2008
- Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.
- Prior experience include Nerosurgery and Infectious Disease.
- Interests include: cooking, fitness and spending time with her family.

Dr. (Fred) Youngblood


Graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine in 1968. He specializes in Anesthesiology and Pain Management and has over 40 years of experience. Is contributing faculty at Creighton University School of Medicine.

Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner

Retired from the US Air Force in 2009 after a 21 year career, Kim has her doctorate as a nurse practitioner. Her practice approach incorporates traditional and integrative medicine approaches, and partners with her patients to achieve their pain management and functional goals.
